1) In a way, I believe it is an invasion of privacy. However, I can see why it's necessary. With limitation, it is acceptable, simply because it could prevent possible attacks. If an individual has a serious ussue, they shouldn't put such things on the internet. Once something is posted, it's there forever. For anybody who wishes to use it, no matter what their purpose.

2) Truthfully, I have not read the terms of service. However; it does not matter either way to me. In my opinion, the internet is never secret nor sacred. If you don't want is seen, don't type it.

3) Once you post something on Facebook, Facebook then owns it. They can do with it what they please.
